Between 1st September 2007 and 1st September 2008 customers visiting our counter completed 251 comment cards.
The results are as follows:
100% of customers were happy with the way that their query was handled at our public counter.
91% of customers said we provided an excellent standard of service.

98% of customers were happy with the quality of the certificate of service received.
80% of customers were satisfied that we had the Holy book relevant to them to swaer any affidavit / statutory declaration (7 different Holy books are available at this office)
31% of customers came in to hand in forms.
26% of customers came to file an application
22% of customers came for advice.
11% of customers came to make a payment.
10% of customers visited for reasons other than the above.
